Lumens Light + Living, with a fast growing web presence, is in need of a full-time sales/customer service representative to assist web customers with their lighting purchases. In this role you will communicate with customers and vendors by phone and email, take orders, provide product and shipping information and assist in product returns. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background and the ability to case manage multiple customer issues to completion in a fast paced environment. We're looking for Sales and Lighting Design Consultants with excellent people skills and product knowledge to create and keep customers. You should have 3-5 years of retail sales experience, strong knowledge of lighting principles and products, and a passion for customer service. Attention to detail, team orientation and problem-solving skills are critical. Lighting Design experience is a strong plus. Weekend hours are a requirement.
