The Hennepin Made Story
Sharing the common belief that "handmade products have an essential place in our culture and everyday life," Joe Limpert and Jackson Schwartz founded Hennepin Made in 2011. Schwartz was trained at the Canberra School of Art in Australia and after finishing returned to the States to teach at the University of Wisconsin in River Falls. It was there that he met Limpert, a trained ceramist, who after discovering glass knew a switch was in order and began an apprenticeship with Schwartz. The pair’s entrepreneurial spirit and passion for the visceral nature of working with “hands on” materials were instigators to form the Hennepin Made partnership.

The dynamic contrast of the Parallel Series provides an elegant harmony that is often best suited in a cluster format.
