The unique design of the Flos Toio Floor Torchiere is wonderfully industrial and tough as a tank (or "toio," Italian). The enameled steel bar base (in either Black or Red) supports a nickel-plated brass stem. The stem is height adjustable for just the right wash of indirect ambient light. Designed by Achille and Pier Giacomo Castiglioni in 1962.
