Shapely. Made of White HD polyethylene and a painted birch base, the Artek TW001 Table Lamp is a fascinating concept for contemporary lighting, originally presented in the 1960s. Pipe-smoking Finnish designer, Tapio Wirkkala, offers a unique take on structural lighting with this fun table lamp, great for the modern bedroom or living room.

Founded in Finland in 1935 by four self-proclaimed idealists, Artek stands strong on the company's ethics, product aesthetics and ecology. With products that offer the Scandinavian look--clean lines, minimal fluff--Artek has built a line that incorporates a modern, approachable appeal into modern furniture and lighting design.
