The distorted spheres that comprise the Bocci 28 Series Nineteen Pendant Chandelier are created via a specialized glass-blowing technique, whereby air is intermittently blown in and sucked out of an intermittently heated and cooled glass bubble. Clear exterior glass with Milk White interior glass cavities come standard, although infinite custom options are available. Designed by Omer Arbel.

- Preset cable lengths may have a variance of up to 2 inches.
- Special "Headphone Jack" hardware is used to allow the installer to plug-in the individual pendants one by one once the canopy is installed.
- The experimental, complex fabrication process used to create 28 Series results in a different shape in every iteration of the fabrication procedure. Thus, every 28 made is formally different from any other 28 in existence.
- As an alternative to a built-in transformer, Bocci recommends mounting transformers remotely in an easily accessible and hidden location for ease of long-term maintenance.
