The Flos Romeo Soft S2 Pendant, designed by Philippe Starck in 1996, has retained its popularity over the years because of its classic shape and signature diffused lighting. It features an acid-etched, pressed borosilicate glass diffuser suspended underneath the flared plisse cloth shade. Also available as a narrower flared Romeo Soft S1 Pendant.

Flos was first established in 1962 in Merano, Italy, to produce high quality modern lighting. This Italian lighting company continues to do so to this day by collaborating with talented international designers and researching the latest lighting technologies and materials.
