Flash of light.
Earthy, organic design meets Sputnik. A design by Studio Eggs, the Flashwood Pendant's natural oak arms branch out into 12 LED lights under matte methacrylate diffusers. Masiero designs and creates its fixtures right in its Italian workshop using unexpected materials and details to reimagine classic lighting forms. The collection also includes a floor lamp and pendant finished in ultra-modern white.

With Masiero lighting, you can expect to see materials as varied as iron, brass, aluminum and steel, silk organza, shantung Le Bock, ponge and polyester, Murano glass and sparkling Asfour and Swarovski crystal, not to mention various types of wood, plastic and ceramic. As experimental as they are in their use of materials and forms--and as unique and brand-new as the results are--Masiero is ultimately rooted in tradition when it comes to their modern lighting designs. As they put it: "Innovative aesthetic parameters have been introduced, with more modern and advanced forms, but with a simple language, able to preserve a strong connection with classical roots and history."
