The De Majo Story
De Majo Illuminazione started after WWII in 1947 when Guido de Majo left his native Naples and moved to the Lagoon (Murano, Italy) to found his first glassworks. Now a famous contemporary European lighting company, De Majo Lighting first became popular with the design boom in the 1970s when Guido capitalized on producing a standardized lighting line and expanded his market considerably.
