The best part is that, while their closeout status means significant markdowns, there is nothing mechanically or structurally wrong with any of these lights or fans. There are three categories of closeout items at Lumens: open box returns, display samples and discontinued items. Read More Open box returns are actually new items. The only thing notable about them is that their original packaging has been opened. After receiving and opening the new lighting fixture or ceiling fan, the original buyer changed their mind and returned the item with it and all its components otherwise intact. The closeout lighting fixtures marked as display samples are former store display lighting items that have been rotated off of the showroom floor to accommodate new lighting displays. While these lighting fixtures have been used, they are still in excellent working order. Discontinued items are lighting fixtures and ceiling fans that are no longer being made by their respective brands and so are priced for quick sale.
Since these closeout lighting fixtures and closeout ceiling fans are priced to move, closeout items tend to rotate through quickly, so be sure to check back often.
